Chris began his journey in the financial services industry with the Victoria office of Investors Group in February 1984. In 1986 he and his wife Alix moved to Vancouver and continued with IG until 1989. Subsequently, and specifically, in order to properly expand investment offerings available to his clients, he moved to the independent side of the business; initially with CM Oliver/Planvest. Over the next decade he moved to HLP Financial (then a part of FPC Investments) and then a short period at Richmond Savings. In 2000 he, along with 4 associates, opened the South Surrey/White Rock branch of Manulife Wealth Inc. 

Chris lives in Ocean Park with his long suffering wife Alix. Their twin daughters Lauren and Blair live in Victoria and work in education and medical services. Their son Evan is in his final year at UVIC. Alix has been a R.N. since 1983 and currently works at Peace Arch Hospital.

On their time away, Chris and Alix enjoy boating, fishing, camping, travelling and they each play a relatively poor game of golf.

Eric works closely with clients to establish their personal financial goals and then assists in implementing solid, long term strategies to accomplish them. In 2005, Eric graduated from Semiahmoo Secondary School in South Surrey.  He started his apprenticeship as a machinist shortly thereafter, and achieved his Red Seal designation in  2014. Eric changed careers in 2015 after being invited by his father to join him in the family financial planning business.  


Eric has a passion for knowledge and within a few short years he has attained his Certified Financial Planner designation (the industry standard), as well as his Elder Planning Counsellor Designation.  

Eric provides clients with a reflective and thought-provoking environment where they can make the right choices — both for today and into the future. His core investment philosophy is to strive for the right balance between safeguarding wealth and prudently increasing it.

When Eric is not at work, you can find him enjoying the outdoors, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Since joining the securities industry in 1994 Fred has enjoyed working with his clients helping them reach their financial goals. Fred completed his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science at Brock University (St. Catharines, Ontario). He continued his studies at the University of Toronto where he obtained his Master of Arts (MA - International Relations).
